About Us

OUR HISTORY

Founded in 2005, Commandment Entertainment was formed by three music industry veterans with an innate passion for creating great music. Daniel, Cecil and Theodore united their individual talents to realize a common vision shared by all: radiate positive energy while ushering in a new era of music. After more than 15 years as accomplished artists, brothers Cecil and Theodore Chisom teamed up with producer Daniel Miree to establish a record label that fosters creative freedom for its artists. Their collective belief in Gods Sovereignty led them to form Commandment as a place where they could respond to their lifes calling, and use their gifts to gracefully minister to the world through artistic expression.

I am just writing you because I am currently on your email list. I volunteer with the Roy Bailey African American Museum in Lebanon, Tennessee. We are hosting an African American Street Festival celebrating Juneteenth on June 23, 2012. The event will be held from 10am – 2pm. This event will allow us to bring together the business community, local and civic organizations, and the local community. I truly believe this is an excellent opportunity to showcase an artist of yours and set up a free vendor booth at our event. I am a firm believer that in everything I do, I should bring glory to God’s name. My heartfelt desire is that you participate in this event. If you would like more information about this FREE event, please feel free to contact me at the museum office at (615) 449-2911 or by cell (615) 290-9041. I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Keisha Pickett
